Office HoursOur office hours are Monday-Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. Orders placed through the Buydoorhardwarenow.com website on weekends and/or after business hours will be processed the following business day.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as check card/debit card, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and MicrosoftPay. We use SSL (secure socket layers) technology and SecurityMetrics for a safe, secure online experience for your door hardware purchase. Please contact us for credit approval to checkout via Purchase Order, see below.
Purchase Orders
We may accept purchase orders upon credit approval. Contact a salesperson at 877-474-9145 for information and to obtain a credit application.
Government, Military, Public Schools, Colleges, and Universities: No credit reference is required. Net 30 payment terms will be granted upon verification of our completed Government Form.
Sales Tax
There will be no Sales Tax on orders shipped within the United States outside of the states of California, Florida, and Missouri. Taxes may apply to countries outside the United States. If you are ordering for an exempt organization or for resale, please contact us directly at 877-474-9145 prior to making your online purchase.
Minimum Order Fee/Oversized Item Fee
Due to increased freight costs, we are forced to raise our minimum order amount to $150. Any orders less than $150 will include a minimum order fee of $15. Due to increased carrier costs of handling oversized or heavy items, we have also applied an Oversized Item Fee for qualifying material. We will continue to offer free ground freight on all orders including these items within the contiguous United States.
Shipping
Most orders placed on operating business days prior to 3:00 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. Products may ship from various warehouse locations throughout the United States.
FREE SHIPPING – Prepaid freight within the Contiguous United States (standard ground service). Most orders are received within 3 business days. Charges will be added for special shipping requests or for any orders outside of the Contiguous United States. Please contact us for special shipping quotes.
Please Note: If shipping to a residential address, carriers will not require signature for delivery.
