Return Policy

´╗┐Merchandise may be considered for return within 30 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for return, all products require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, uninstalled in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the manufacturer's original packaging. All returns will be inspected and subject to a restocking fee. Any items received and inspected that are found to be non-conforming may be rejected.

*Returns may not be accepted on factory or special orders.

Electronic Hardware
All customers returning electronic hardware must first contact the manufacturer's tech support (Numbers listed below). If tech support is unable to remedy the problem and the product is deemed defective, you will be issued a trouble-ticket/case number from the manufacturer. Contact Buy Door Hardware Now with the provided trouble-ticket/case number to obtain an RMA for return of the material.

Defective Merchandise
If an item arrives with hidden damage as a result of manufacturer or a defect occurs during the intended use of the product, we will send you a pre-paid UPS shipping label to use for returning your order to Buy Door Hardware Now.

To get this shipping label and a valid RMA #, please call 1-877-474-9145.  Once you've received both the label and the RMA #, ship the defective item with the original packaging, paperwork and products back to the address provided on the RMA or shipping label. We'll process your return and ship you a replacement or credit your account accordingly.

All claims for shortage or hidden damage must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. If a package arrives in an obviously distressed condition, you may refuse the shipment or sign for the package as damaged. Once we are notified of such damage, a claim will be filed with the carrier to cover any merchandise loss incurred.

If you refuse a shipment due to damage in transit, please contact us and we will duplicate your order, if possible once the carrier claim has been approved. If there is hidden damage, please contact our customer service department with the damaged material present and the packing slip in your possession.
