55-M56A Sargent electric latch retraction retrofit motor kit with an integrated request-to-exit signal switch. It is designed to upgrade standard mechanical panic hardware into motor-driven electronic access control systems. Compatibility: Works with Sargent 80 Series (manufactured after 2006) and P Series exit devices (including rim, mortise, and vertical rod designs). Not compatible with FM8700 series exit devices.
Rail Length Options:E (24"–32" doors) - No cutting required for 32” door
F (33"–36" doors) - No cutting required for 36” door
J (37"–42" doors) - No cutting required for 42” door
G (43"–48" doors) - No cutting required for 48” door
