The SARGENT 10 Line is a heavy duty cylindrical key-in-lever handle lockset exceeds by five times the ANSI 156.2 Series 4000 Grade 1 standards. At over 4 million cycles, the 10 Line beats the competitor by 30%. As for abusive force, this lock endures more than two times the standard without allowing entry. The 10 line trim is designed to conform to national and state fire and handicapped requirements.

Hotel Deadlocking latch - Latch by key outside and lever inside.  Outside lever always rigid.  Depressing push button when door is closed shuts out all keys except emergency key and projects visual occupancy indicator in cylinder face.  Push button released by turning inside lever automatically reactivating all keys and retracting visual occupancy indicator.  Lock out key fixes push button in locked position, shutting out all keys except emergency.  Push button fixed by lockout key must be released manually.  Lock out key provided.
