HES KM-OPTION faceplateKM (4-7/8" x 1-1/4") for use with Mortise locksets with a deadlatch positioned below the latchbolt.  

All of the 1000 Series options are interchangeable.  The option kit contains all of the necessary parts to convert the 1006 into the particular model, i.e. 1006 + KM option = 1006KM.
