The Falcon XL from BEA is a uni- and bi-directional motion sensor optimizing the performance of automatic doors. The Falcon detects objects in motion and can reject pedestrian traffic and parallel traffic. Designed for industrial doors, the Falcon XL (wide pattern) can be mounted up to 8.2 feet with a maximum detection zone of 13 ft × 6.5 ft.

The Falcon XL can be used to improve dock safety, warehouse efficiency and energy conservation.  It is able to detect larger mechanized traffic while rejecting smaller traffic, including people. BEA’s Falcon XL is a versatile tool that helps streamline operations and improve workflow.
