The HES T-2-OPTION is a faceplate for use with Mortise locksets with a normally extended 1" deadbolt and a center-lined deadlatch, in wood frame applications.  

All of the 1000 Series options are interchangeable.  The option kit contains all of the necessary parts to convert the 1006 into the particular model, i.e. 1006 + T-2 option = 1006T-2.

T-2 (9" x 1-3/8") For use with Mortise locksets with a normally extended 1" deadbolt and a center-lined deadlatch, in wood frame applications. Compatible Locksets: Accurate, Arrow, Baldwin, Marks, Omnia, PDQ, Schlage, Yale (8700), Others. ANSI/BHMA Numbers: #E09391, #E09392, #E09393, #E09331, #E09332, #E09333. Both latchbold and deadbolt are released by a single keeper. Keeper is held open after releasing bolts then recaptures and contains bolts when the door is closed. Secondary plate depresses deadlatch.
