SC8440HL-US26D Cal-Royal Mortise Lock Hospital Latch Heavy Duty, Grade 1, Privacy w/Deadbolt, No Cylinder
Latch bolt retracted by knob / lever from either side. Deadbolt thrown or retracted by inside thumbturn. Throwing deadbolt locks outside knob /lever. Rotating inside knob / lever simultaneously retracts deadbolt and latch bolt, and unlocks outside knob / lever. To unlock from outside, remove emergency button, insert emergency button in access hole and rotate. Inside knob / lever is always free for immediate egress.
Can retrofit Schlage L9000 Series mortise lock without drilling any additional holes on the door for sectional and escutcheon trims.
